Lucentia Residence BBCC Lalaport at Kuala Lumpur By Luxe Home

Its center of Kuala Lumpur almost every places can go by walk from this residence. This residence was beside Lalaport Mall.

Soundproof quiet bad , last stay the neighbour quiet noisy and I can hear clearly inside my room.

I booked the studio unit . The location of the hotel itself is very good because it's near lalaport . The pool area at level 35 is nice and had a panoramic view of the city . There is a beautiful garden at level 33A which looks very zen and a good spot to relax or have a picnic . Amenities are all available in the unit . The shower , fan and aircond works fine .

The toilet area in the bathroom smells weird since entering . Both pillows on the bed is lumpy and uncomfortable to use . I can feel the clumps . Cleaning needs improvement . I spot several hair inside the cupboard and floor . On my last night , it blacked out 3 times , first time is for a few seconds but the next two lasted for a few minutes within the same hour for some weird reason . At the same time , I heard people talking loudly outside . Maybe maintenance or something but I have not faced that in my other hotel bookings before .

Good location. Very convenient to Hang Tuah station. Next to Lalaport Mall.

though its relatively new, some basic maintenance need to be address. Clearly lacking of facility maintenance (e.g toilet ceiling, toilet floor grouting, water faucet)
