Great location. Apt needs revamp.

Location was great. Instructions were clean and helpful

Apt needs a revamp. It is old and things are falling apart. The coffee maker couldn’t be used. I tried to clean it to use it but it didn’t work. The toilet seat needs to be fixed. It’s hard to sit on it comfortably. The heat was a little too low. It was cold in apt when I was sleeping.

Budget bare minimum accommodations

Very friendly hosts with great communication. Very central location in the city Center minutes walk away from restaurants Au Fil Du Zinc, ChablisWineNot and Les Trois Bourgeons. Strong wifi. Cheap rates good for 1 night stay.

We could not find any dishes, cutlery or glassware, so kitchen not fully equipped. Beware that the sofa couch is small and hard (worked for us but may not for others). Room can be stuffy at night if you choose to keep the glass windows closed for security reasons. Room is old but I suppose this place is still value for money if you are on a tight budget.

部屋がとても寒く眠れなかった。寝具類が足りなかった。毛布がないし、掛布団はもう少し生地が厚いのが欲しかった。

OK für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Das Studio lag in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, zu Fuß war alles gut erreichbar. Die Küchenzeile war ganz gut ausgestattet, sodass wir unser Essen selber zubereiten können.

Bad war sehr beengt, die Dusche im Zimmer. Das Bett war ein Schlafsofa und nicht sehr bequem. Wir haben auch etwas gefroren.

Das kleine Zimmer liegt mitten in Chablis. Für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen ideal. Alles da, was man benötigt und sehr nette Gastgeber, die umgehend antworten!

Es ist schon ein sehr „kleines“ Studio und durch das einzige Fenster dringt wenig Licht.

L'emplacement : la proximité de tous les commerces . Facile de se garer . Le studio est situé dans une petite rue très calme. Idéal pour y passer un court séjour.

l'emplacement idéal au centre du village de Chablis. Rue et immeuble très calmes. idéal pour une nuit d'étape dans la région. Excellent rapport qualité prix très bien la petite attention des propriétaires : bouteilles d'eau et paquet de cacahuètes. Café et thé à disposition. Nous avons croisé les propriétaires, très sympathiques et attentionnées (Explications, message le jour du départ...)

Petit studio très sympa, idéal pour passer quelques jours en pays du chablisien. Très proche du centre ville et des commerces de proximité. Propreté ok et accueil sympathique. Merci !
