Pico do Moinho House

The house was spacious and well kept: it has a traditional decoration, but there were new appliances, comfortable beds (mattresses seemed new) and hot showers on both bathrooms. It had a lovely outdoor area, where you can have breakfast or a barbecue. In São Miguel you'll need a car to get around, so this house being just 5 minutes from the city centre means you get a quiet residential neighbourhood with very easy parking. There is a huge park, restaurant (Quinta dos Açores) and supermarket nearby.

The garden is small and mostly decorative, but our kids just enjoyed the tennis club at the end of the road.

El alojamiento está muy bien, cerca del centro y con aparcamiento cerca.

Sabiendo que hay muchas cucarachas en la isla en general podrían tomar medidas y no esperar a que los huéspedes se lo digan.

Large family home with plenty of space inside and 2 bathrooms. There is a new washing machine, so the previous reviews are not actual on this point anymore. There are beach towels in the house.

There is not much space outside for the kids to play. The yard is rather small. You need a car to get anywhere, no shops or restaurants on walking distance. The spring mattresses not too comfortable for me.

Vila este îngrijită, curată, amenajată traditional, intr-o zonă liniștită cu parcare in față. Trebuie mașină, care oricum este necesară ptr a vedea insula si ptr a ajunge la plaja aflată la 5 min.

Masina de spalat rufe este stricata, curge. Apa caldă nu face față la ambele dușuri in acelasi timp, trebuie mărită capacitatea instalației. Trebuie o tigaie nouă si căni mari de ceai. In rest, totul ok. Multumim!
