TV channels were not set up.
Someone was supposed to meet us for the check in.
There is no WhatsApp contact to liaise with someone, we had to make telephonic calls.

The apartment is good value for money
The reception area. There is no parking for visitors.

We did not have breakfast.
1. No Support System to report issues in the apartment. Must call in to advise.
2. TVs were not working on day of arrival.
3. Bad leak in ceiling of the Toilet on first night of arrival, maintenance team arrive at 12pm at night, then did a quick ix, came back the next day, job was still not done properly, leak worsened. Was not able to use the toilet.
4. Requested for a 50% refund, no response from Booking.Com or Frank Porter Call Centre.
