Loved the safety of the location. The wildlife and the fact that you can walk or run without having to leave the safety of the community. The golf course is obviously top class and the price reasonable. Will always go back.

Like with most places lately, the bed was uncomfortably hard. I always joke 😃 that the whole of the hospitality industry must be buying from the same supplier. Maybe tou should consider a soft layer egg cup filler mattress 🤔 for people who prefer softer beds 🛌. It is obtainable at reasonably affordable prices. Lastly, consider people coming off a long journey arriving tired and later who cannot get to a shop in time. There was no coffee, sugar, tea or milk to just kick start your stay with a relaxing warm cup of coffee or tea. I also agree with previous reviews, the parking is very inconvenient as you have a trek down stairs with bags 🎒 and all. I also hired a cart, however, there is no convenient parking options to either charge or get close to the unit as NO parking allowed on closely mowed areas. My wife was on crutches wich makes the location of the unit not other abled friendly. Build a driveway that cover both the front units.

Unit was clean and everything worked well. Loved the extras like soaps and towels for beach (which we didn't use, but lovely extra is we forgot ours).

Although we appreciated Cynthia and her work I think the off season times would have suited us better. (Monday/Wednesday/Friday). Also on day of departure it would be much easier if she arrived after 10:00 to give us some time to pack up and get out of the unit. (She arrived at 8:30). Also the drying rack needs replacing. Apparently, we couldn't hang clothing over the railing (estate rules), but the drying rack is at the end of it's life cycle so had to make another plan.

Reception is open 24/7 and friendly staff willing to help. The unit had an inverter for some plugs (Television for example) and the cleaning staff were fantastic! Unit is well kept with nothing left out for guest comfort. Anything broken was fixed within 24 hours. It is lovely to take walks through the estate and see the animals, ducks, geese, etc. Safety is a priority and lovely to be able to relax in such an environment.

All expectations were met.
