Premium 5STAR Resort Suite Mid Valley KL Sunway by Stayz Suites with Shopping Complex

The house was massive for the price and the living area was very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Checking in procedure just needed to inform the host which is very convenient for us. They will give the instructions through the chats. Dedicated parking space is provided. The room is clean and spacious considering only 3 of us staying in the house. The environment is a bit quite as we stay through out CNY Eve. Not able to give more details to the room as we only stay there as we had to attend multiple marriage ceremony nearby the area (which is the main reason we book there)

My spouse did notice several small cockroach over the sink and cabinet.

The facilities in this suites are really helpful with the washing machine and kitchen area. The price also were very affordable to stay here for two nights. There were also utensils and plates provided by the owner. The owner also replies quickly with the questions through ws. Definitely going to repeat again soon.

There are only a issue which is there are small cockroaches in the bathroom below. Other than that, the suites are superb.

It’s really frustrating staying here this time. We’ve stayed here before and the accommodation was good, everything worked, including the microwave. But this time, the lights weren’t working properly and the microwave couldn’t be used. I informed the property about these issues. They promised to send someone to fix the lights and replace the microwave, but no one came until we checked out. We paid for all the amenities, but we couldn’t use them. For some people this might not matter, but for us, who planned everything carefully to enjoy our time, it was really disappointing. Please do something about this. We believe we have the right to request compensation.
