De locatie, veilig en in de buurt van allerlei leuke restaurantjes. Het zag er qua interieur leuk uit.

We hadden in eerste instantie een ander verblijf geboekt, maar door wateroverlast, werden we kosten omgeboekt naar dit appartement. Nadeel was dat 1 slaapgedeelte in de woonkamer was en het appartement ook een stuk kleiner was, dan die we geboekt hadden. Meubels (zoals keukenkastjes, stoelen en krukken waren niet stevig. En we hadden wat gedoe met inchecken maar werd uiteindelijk snel opgelost.

The apartments are very favorably located in Miraflores. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the neighborhood is nice and safe. The building itself is modern and clean, the same can be said for the apartment itself. The kitchen offers all basic equipment to provide simple meals for a family of four, and a washing machine with integrated dryer takes care of your laundry. Ambient noise was only minimal, and the large windows let lots of daylight enter.

The 2nd bed was barely separated from the kitchen/living room. We made the mistake of assuming it would be trivial to organise another set of linen ... but ... once we got in touch with customer support, things took a bizarre turn. They seemed to be located in Columbia, at a later stage a Peruvian phone no. popped up. We chatted mainly via WhatsApp - and ended up nowhere. No issue was ever resolved, just acknowledged with boilerplate replies: "I understand your frustration with the delay and the repetitive messages. I am checking on the status of xxx now and will make sure to get back to you with a concrete update as soon as possible." The clothes iron was broken. We politely declined waiting for a technician, opted for replacement and left the iron at reception. The day before our departure the new one seemed to have arrived, but that turned out to be a misunderstanding: it was not intended for us, we should return it immediately. We gave feedback. The bots understood: "Thank you for clarifying. I apologize for the confusion with the delivery earlier. I am checking with our team right now to coordinate getting the correct iron to your apartment as soon as possible. I will keep you updated here." We emphasized urgency: "We will leave tomorrow 7 a.m. and have begun packing." Laconic reply: "Thank you for the update. I’ve noted that you’ll be heading out tomorrow at 7:00 AM, and I’ll cancel the iron delivery since you’re already packing." 45min later: "We hope you’ve enjoyed your stay in Miraflores. This is a reminder that check-out is tomorrow at 11:00 am . - If you plan to leave earlier or need help with transportation, just let us know.
