Cleanliness, Location and Convenience. This property is kept up well, rooms are spacious and equipped well.
Would have liked more towels in the restrooms. However, we did not request more because it was a short trip.

Great location and proximity to beach. Most bang for your buck with space and pool access.
How close you are to the pool. Other guests were up later way past the curfew time of the pool to close very loud.
