We absolutely loved staying at this place and can highly recommend it. First of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us very warmly, were always helpful, and answered all our questions. We felt genuinely cared for from the very beginning, which made our stay even more special. The apartment itself is in excellent condition- beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It is bright, spacious, and extremely comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the overall atmosphere of the apartment is simply lovely. We truly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The surrounding area is also wonderful- quiet, peaceful, and very well-kept. It’s a perfect place for relaxing walks, especially if you are traveling with a child. There is also a great outdoor space where you can enjoy a barbecue and spend a relaxing evening. The terrace is just perfect for that. We also have to mention the hosts’ lovely dogs, they are friendly, well-behaved, and absolutely adorable. If you are traveling with your own dog, like we did, it’s a joy to know there are two sweet companions around who are happy to play. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Anfangs waren wir aufgrund der perfekten 10‑Punkte-Bewertungen etwas skeptisch, aber nach unserem Aufenthalt können wir diese Bestnote voll und ganz bestätigen. Das Appartement ist modern, sehr komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders aufmerksam: Wir waren mit unserem Hund unterwegs, und der Gastgeber hatte bereits ein Hundebett sowie Näpfe bereitgestellt. Und für uns standen sogar Kaffeebohnen bereit!   Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und bemüht, wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Herzlichen Dank – wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir garantiert zurück.

The property owners were there to meet/greet us upon arrival and were so welcoming. They gave us a tour of the apartment and shared so much valuable information with us. We were travel from the United Sates as first time visitors to Germany and they went over and above to help us feel welcome and comfortable here. The apartment was perfect and so spacious, it had everything we needed and more. The thing that stood out the most were our hosts, they are so friendly and their hospitality was amazing. I can't recommend this property enough if you are traveling in the Regnitzlosau area, you will not be disappointed.
