Opovídá popisu a fotkám. Je třeba počítat s tím, že apartmán s jednou ložnicí je jen jedna místnost s palandou a rozkládacím gaučem pro dva. Topení klimatizací naprosto v pohodě, dá se regulovat teplota i intenzita. Krásný výhled z oken do lesů, je to téměř na konci města a na kopci. Městečko je moc hezké, množství obchůdků, restaurací i kaváren.
Kuchyňka je zvlášť, přes chodbu a je sdílená pro 2 pokoje, my ji měli pro sebe, protože druhý pokoj byl prázdný, jinak by to nebylo dobré, protože kuchyňka je opravdu malá, úzká. Horší přístupová cesta k vile, hodně prudký kopec, díry, špatný asfalt. Sjízdnost na sněhu bude horší, my sníh neměli.
