Clean and good facilities including access to large kitchen area / laundry room. Less than 5 mins walk to train station
Room itself was small, just a mattress on the floor. Maybe suitable for just one person. You could also hear your neighbours when they used the shower or sink / toilet

Beautiful place to stay. Super clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, cold AC, helpful staff, inviting shared spaces, and lovely amenities. Would 1000% recommend staying here!
