    We book for 3 bedroom sea view, when we check in they informed that our booking is only for 2 bedroom city view and they just upgraded us to 3 bedroom and our booking reference is from *** and not from Agoda and since our reservation is pay in the hotel they inform us if we want to contact agoda and made a complain. We dont have any choice but to accept it because we are already there with my family and we have our 8 month old baby with us, the male staff in the reception is not that generous while explaining as if that if we dont want the reservation, we are free to go... The only thing I appriciate is the staff in the restaurant they are so friendly and assist us, foods are great and we really enjoy specially Ms. ***
