About this house rental
This is a 3 bedroom private suite in Burnaby with a private entrance. The suite includes 3 bedrooms each with queen sized beds which sleeps 6 people comfortably. Smart TV equipped w/ Netflix.
Portable A/C unit in living rooms during May to mid October and fans in all the roomd
The suite is 5 mins bus ride away from Holdom Skytrain which provides easy access to downtown Vancouver and other hot spots around town.
Street parking in the front of the house.
We have provided a smart TV with Netflix and screen mirroring for entertainment, as well as a variety of board games. In addition, during summer there will be a BBQ available to BBQ with as well.
For convenience we have provided a automatic coffee maker and will provide the ground beans needed to use the machine, as well as tea. Basic cooking spices as well as pots and pans are also available for guests to use.
We understand you are here for a good time and will respect that, but please keep noise levels down after 11 pm (especially if outside) to respect our neighbors.
We will provide you with as much privacy as we can unless you specifically need anything from us. If the need for anything arises feel free to get in contact with us, we are on the same property.
Our goal is to make you feel right at home throughout your whole stay with us.
