Literally 100 meters to a great beach everything in this 3 level place is pretty much brand new. Location was excellent for access to the peninsula and freeways from the south eastern suburbs. Plenty of beach gear and board games as well. The linen is some of the best I've ever experienced - great towels and plenty of toiletries. Jessica was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended.
