Welcome to Pine Hill Lodge, a fully restored and professionally designed modern Farmhouse home.
What once served as a hotel dating back to 1875, this icon of American recreational architecture has been restored and is inspired by an idyllic sense of relaxed living. Enter through the spacious wraparound porch to the 6000 sq. ft. Lodge and you are welcomed by a large living room with plenty of seating to unwind and enjoy the wood fireplace or watch a movie on the 75-inch smart TV. Two large dining rooms will seat your oversized family or a great set up for catered meals. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs with 2 ovens, side by side Fridge and freezers, dishwasher, coffee station, and a large kitchen island offering additional seating. Off the kitchen, step into the game room with a regulation size slate pool table, 75-inch smart TV, a full bathroom, and Laundry Room. The game room provides access to the back patio, perfect for a backyard BBQ, and enjoying our luxury Swim Spa, able to seat up to 11 people! There is a basketball court, large backyard, and several outdoor seating areas throughout the property. You can also explore and walk through our family friendly trail while on the property.
2nd floor has 7 bedrooms (6 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms.
3rd floor has 4 bedrooms ( 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each and 2 rooms with 1 queen in each) and 1.5 bathrooms. Additional full bathroom on the first floor.

First let me start by saying, I had great communication with the owner George. He always responded quickly.The house and property is absolutely gorgeous. The house was big enough to host 20 of us plus we had other family members that came by for dinner. We spent plenty of time in the huge yard and on the wrap around porch. The pool table was a big hit. The kitchen was big and spacious, Plenty of parking.The last night was spent by the fire pit making s’mores and just hanging out. The house was clean but the cleaners can do a better job. The shower curtain on the claw tub had mildew on it. One of our guest had to clean the bathroom on the 3rd floor as soon as we got there. And our guest in room 10 said they heard something like birds on their ceiling. We could not use the swim spa because there was an issue with it so we were disappointed with that.These issues did not ruin the stay. All in all I would recommend this house. We made lots of wonderful family memories.Foot note, *my dad had a medical emergency and St.Lukes hospital was awesome.*

A perfect place for our group of 20 ages 1 to 70 and 2 dogs! Loved that there were so many queen beds, and that the 2 large dining tables comfortably seated everyone. The wrap around, covered porch was our favorite hang out spot, and the kitchen worked well for teams of cooks. Extremely clean and well equipped including two washers and 2 dryers. Many activities within an hour's drive kept our group well entertained.

Perfect house for a family get-together. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The home was clean, roomy for our large group and well decorated.

The house was great for our two-family celebration of thanksgiving. With 15 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 1 thru 90!! Tow big dining rooms kitchen with two ovens and two refrigerators. We are foodies so this was great. Plenty of bedrooms and no one complained about bathrooms either. place was extremely clean upon arrival and the owner was attentive throughout our stay and before it. Supermarkets liquor stir and pharmacy 5 miniutes away. Very pleased with our stay for the holiday.
