'10/6 Hot Tub update: Unfortunately, a leak was recently detected in the hot tub; therefore, it will remain closed until further notice. The repairs are currently scheduled to begin on October 11th. The pool is expected to remain open during the repairs.'
'8/18 Update: The pool area has officially reopened! Also, the elevator repairs have been completed and inspected!'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the location! The Corner Beach condo was a beautiful benefit of enjoying Madeira. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working, and the pool was down for our whole stay. We did speak with a building owner and they are struggling with permit delays. We knew about the elevator before booking our trip and were happy to still book to help support the area. Our hometown in East Tennessee was devastated by Helene so we all must support one another during the rebuilding process. We would for sure stay again!

Working vacation - so was able to work during the day and walk directly down to the pool and beach every evening. The screened in balcony made that space wonderful for relaxing. And the unit was in pristine condition, brand new inside and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend !!!
