A short drive is all that's required to enjoy the many outdoor activities the area has to offer, including picnic spots, parks, trails, and the Whitewater Amphitheater for live music. There's plenty to do indoors, too, such as visiting a museum. Round out your day by eating at one of the many local restaurants, some of which are near the Guadalupe River, for a truly serene experience.

Start your vacation days with morning coffee on the expansive deck or the furnished patio overlooking Hill Country. Surrounded by mature trees, your outdoor entertaining space features alfresco dining, lounge chairs, and a gas grill area for homestyle cookouts. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has exactly what you need to make anything from a snack to a family meal, which you can eat on the kitchen island or in the custom dining room. Wind down for the evening and watch something on one of the many TVs located throughout the house. There's also an office for remote work or online school. Regardless of what you decide to do, this scenic home is the perfect romantic getaway or vacation spot for a small family.

The fireplace is not operational.
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
