Welcome to our recently remodeled 1903 Victorian home! You will absolutely love the light-filled space with tree top views and plenty of skylights. Not to mention the superb location – a short 10 minute walk from the many shops and restaurants of Historic Old Town Fort Collins. Walk everywhere from this downtown location!
Nestled along Whitcomb Street, this cozy cottage is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins where historic charm abounds! You will love your daily commute to the city center, a delightful walk with picturesque tree-lined streets and beautiful homes. Here you can grab a bite to eat, check out the Museum of Art or hit the local boutiques for an afternoon of shopping – then head home to rest up before catching a show at The Lincoln Center. You will love being able to park the car and forget about it!

OUTDOOR LIVING: There is a lovely backyard with mature shade trees and a small bistro table for sitting outside.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a recently remodeled 3/4 bathroom with a walk-in shower. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Private and street parking are available.

NOTE: This home is an over-under duplex. You will be renting the upper level of this home, a loft-style apartment. You will have private use of the entire upper level, with the exception of a shared backyard. The house is well insulated but if there is ever an issue with noise, we are easily accessible to help accommodate your needs!
NOTE: The entryway stairs are relatively steep and could be challenging for those with limited mobility.

House is in a super cute neighborhood, upper apt door is on the side of the house. Parking in the alley in the guest parking spots. Upper apt was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable too. Didn’t use the kitchen but, it was clean too. I really enjoyed staying here. I’d definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was easy too when needed.

Such a cute place tucked back in an idyllic neighborhood. I loved my morning walks along the beautiful sidewalks and really enjoyed the backyard oasis! Beautiful!
