Sweet little front porch overlooks rolling farm land to the West. Light, bright sun filled cottage features great room, Vermont Castings wood stove (fireplace) 70" SMART TV, glass doors to back deck w/gas grill, table for 4. Fully appointed kitchen. 2 bedroom guest cottage on 8 AC estate w/ room to walk & explore!, Air conditioning plus full size, new washer/dryer, excellent internet / WIFI. Just 5 minutes drive to Southbury groceries, dining & Woodbury Antique district for treasures . 7 minutes off Exit 15 on I-84. Fabulous river front dog-park nearby. Big Western sunset skies!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this property. The house is situated in a bucolic landscape, with green views from every room. We were greeted with just laid eggs from the hen house, and we enjoyed the antics of the pet goose.Immaculately clean and comfortably furnished, this place is perfect for any season. Good restaurants nearby, and a full cook’s kitchen for eating in. You will love it!

We stayed at this cottage for 12 days due to a family gathering and extended visits. The host and property are terrific. Clean, quiet, comfortable. A wonderful home away from home. Highly recommend.
