About this house rental
This stunning home is an end unit townhouse, so the direct ocean views are expansive in both directions, especially out of the primary bedroom's windows.
It's great for groups or multigenerational families. There's a studio apartment on the ground level with access through the home's attached garage. It contains a King bed and a twin bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and its own exterior door, but is still a part of the home.
Once up a flight of stairs to the main level, there's a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area-- fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. The laundry room is available for use off of the kitchen. There's also a half bath on this level. There is a pull out queen sofa available in the living room.
Up another flight of stairs there are three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and is spacious with a dedicated desk workspace and the best ocean views on Tybee. There's an en-suite bathroom in this room.
Down the hall are two more bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full-sized day bed with pull-out twin trundle. Noise machines, box fans, and easily accessible USB/prong outlets are available to charge devices in each room.
Parking: Please see the listing photos for our parking diagram. We share our driveway with our neighbors so please ONLY use the 5 spaces we have or please park on the street if you have overflow. Please note the measurements as it's a bit tight, but we have no trouble backing in trucks or SUVs into the space between the townhouse and the fence.

Please do not try to walk through the dunes for beach access, but rather use the 7th street beach entrance at the foot of the driveway.

We had an excellent stay. The home was in great condition, clean, and the host responsiveness was super. The home sits right above the beach and right next to the access point. We were on the beach less than two minutes from the front door. It was quiet and the view of the ocean was beautiful. I walked the half mile to the grocery store, which was just fine. Not walking distance to restaurants, but I’m more interested in a quiet and peaceful place, and south and north end restaurants were within a few minutes drive either way.

Upon entering the space, you get a whiff of CLEAN! It was delightful. As we explored the 3 floors, that first impression carried throughout the entire space. Gorgeous ocean views from the main area to the primary bedroom / balcony. We enjoyed every space - all of the furniture were high quality (really dislike spaces that are furnished with the latest Big Lots sale). Towels galore. Kitchen filled with all of your daily needs. The balcony furniture was sturdy and comfortable. There’s even all of the things you need for a fun beach day right in the garage - an umbrella, beach chairs, noodles, etc. Literally just disconnect from reality and show up. Everything else is taken care of! Oh - well… you have to cook or go out to eat ;-)Amazing spot - highly recommend!

Incredible location with easy access to everything on the island. I appreciated that property management was responsive to questions and needs during our stay.

The house is lovely, clean, and large. It is ocean front with 2 decks above the dunes. There was plenty of seating and dishes (often a problem in most houses). Amazing views! The mattresses were abysmal. When the 20 year olds are complaining about them, they are bad! Communication with the property manager was poor. It took 3 calls and 1 text to get my 2nd payment put through. (It was supposed to be automatic). Replies to emails the week we were there took 2-3 days. House is great; communication needs improvement.
