About this house rental
The perfect place for a couple. A home that exudes tranquility and blends elements of the past with modern comforts.
Spacious 70 m² home for 2 people. Features a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Features a fireplace, TV, and high-speed cable internet and Wi-Fi. It has its own private outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. It has a private entrance from the garden terrace for the exclusive use of the house.
It shares with the other five houses on the estate a 14x7-meter pool with spectacular views and a saltwater filtration system, as well as the parking area, petanque court, and ping-pong table.
In the summer, we require weekly stays at this house, with check-in on Saturday.
The Space
This house, La Quadra, is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní farm, where farmland alternates with pine forests.
For several generations now, the estate has belonged to the Genover family and has served not only as their primary residence but also as an expression of a lifestyle rooted in a love of the countryside and nature.
The rural accommodations are all grouped together in the Pins neighborhood, which consists of 9 houses and is located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are used for rural tourism accommodations, and we, the Genover family, live in one of the remaining houses.
Note: Complimentary olive oil, salt, and pepper are available for guests in the house. Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use in the house.
Amenities and Common Areas
The house is fully equipped with a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It has its own private outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Guests share the pool, parking, petanque court, and ping-pong table with the other houses on the estate.
Other Highlights
Since spring 2020, we’ve had high-speed fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi. We’re very happy to report that it works very well.
In the summer, we offer weekly stays at this house, with check-in on Saturday.
A tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be charged for everyone over the age of 16.
We still have a few horses on the property due to our equestrian history. We know the best trails in the area, so don’t hesitate to ask us for advice when you arrive.
