The location and views were great. Beds and couches were comfortable. Charcoal grill was good. Host responded quickly. Extra $70 fee to heat hot tub. Hot tub was set to 80 degrees so it isn’t a hot tub it’s a Luke warm tub. The pool never heated so the add is deceiving saying pool and hot tub are heated. The pool lights do not work and the hot tub lights do not work so swimming or hot tubbing at night is not possible, plus it’s too cold without heat. Extension cords connected lights outside which is not up to state codes. Fan in queen bedroom shook so hard we were afraid it would fall and hurt the kids so we didn’t use it. Master bathroom was too small for average size adults. Backyard Maintenance crew showed up at 9:00 am too early so we left early .

The home was spacious for the 3 of us, plenty of room in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Instructions to enter the home were easy to follow. Double car garage available for parking. All the rooms were clean, bathrooms well stocked with clean towels. Backyard patio, pool and jacuzzi were reason for deciding on this rental as we preferred visiting with each other more than visiting any local sites. Host was very responsive to assist with heating jacuzzi instructions. He was kind, friendly and open to any feedback we had on some other areas of the home. The views from the back patio at sunset were spectacular, we happened to enjoy a mild storm with amazing shades of clouds! The 3 of us would highly recommend this rental for a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay.

Adrian was a great host! Very attentive too all details and answered any and all questions. The house was tastefully decorated and had an open floor plan with great natural lighting. The beds were very comfortable and the location was close to everything within minutes. I highly recommend all his properties and would definitely return again. Thank you Adrian! 😊

This property is stunning! The views from the pool/backyard were breathtaking! Especially watching the sun go down in the evenings. One of, if not the cleanest property I’ve ever enjoyed. I would recommend this to anyone!

The pool was amazing very warm perfect for swimming with kids and family. Hot tub could have been hotter. The house is very comfortable and spacious. There are bees that attract the pool area. They are very strict about check out and check in times. Overall a great stay!
