About this apartment rental
Imagine spending the season in the newest, stylish yet calming condo in Palm Springs, and just steps from the pool. I just finished remodeling my condo and work has me traveling 3 times a month, so I cannot enjoy this lovely retreat. I’ve only had 5 guest stay since I completed the remodel.
Everything is new! Flooring, kitchen, appliances, W/D, bathrooms, beds, AC, water heater, and fully appointed.
I’ve posted a video you can link to on YouTube and I have more short videos there but I can’t seem to connect them. So please ask for them if you are interested. Videographer I am not, but they show you much more detail.
No pets, no small children, please, but I would be open to discussing. 11 pools and tennis/pickle courts in the community and golf next door. One pool is right outside the living room door.
Close to everything but feels miles away!
The condo has everything you need and is most relaxing! Cook delicious meals or order in, take a swim, or hop in an Uber to downtown Palm Springs, Palm Desert or take a drive to Joshua Tree.
Wake up in the morning and play golf or a breathtaking hike. Villa Los Flores is on the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort and Hermit Crest hike is a 10 minute walk.
You have full access to the 2 br 2 ba condo with a lovely patio and BBQ area that has a retractable cover and assigned parking. All brand-new appliances including W/D in the unit. All 3 sliding glass doors are double pane and new. Apple TV, Alexa speakers, coffee maker, air fryer, and fully appointed kitchen. Tonnes of new bath towels too!
I can also arrange a weekly cleaning service if you like.
Villa de Los Flores is a lovely community with wonderful neighbors. That was a good part of the appeal to me to purchase my condo.
I know you will love staying there. I hope in the next few years I can spend time there too!
