Welcome to Aspen Grove Hideaway, a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath mountain chalet in Northstar’s Aspen Grove Complex near Truckee. This cozy two-story retreat features a spacious living room with a statement fireplace, modern kitchen, and relaxing patios. Perfect for families or small groups, with walkable access to Northstar Village, skiing, golf, and the NPOA Rec Center.

•Parking: 2 cars allowed (one at a time through the entry gate; automatic closure warning). During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•No pets (Family Allergies)
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
