Many 5 star reviews on Airbnb already. Great home for contract workers or families. CLOSE to I-146 freeway for fast access to chemical plants or travel destinations. SAFE. Surrounded by our 5 other Airbnbs. Safe neighborhood, we know all the neighbors, many for 30+ years. QUICK ACCESS.
Home built in 2020 specifically for rentals.
3 mins from Garth Rd. 10 mins from beach. 20 mins from Kemah. 20 mins to Houston. 45 mins to Galveston.

Our company sent a few workers to Texas for a big job and from day 1 James was extremely helpful. The original housing we had fell through and James was so kind to let us do a same day check in and get the guys settled in. We extended a few times during the stay and each time it was seamless. An absolute wonderful place to stay if you are in the Baytown area!!
