It is with great pleasure, we welcome you to our beautiful home in the sunshine state.
With a perfect location on the water, combined with Sun all day, all year, at your heated swimming pool. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with bike paths in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Life doesn’t get any better!
This home offers open concept, modern living, that anyone will enjoy. It has a Large kitchen, beautiful Granite throughout, with large kitchen island. We have a large screened lanai and open back yard.
This 1830 square foot home includes three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, dining room and a large kitchen with an island, large master bedroom with doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate shower and a walk in closet. Rate is for 6 guests. There are granite counter tops throughout the home.
Bring your boat ! For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat, a local boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away. Direct access, no bridges, 10 minutes to open water! Great fishing, and water access to Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva and beyond!!!

Lovely open concept home. The pool and lanai area was very nice. The host was available to answer our questions. The location was pretty central to our activities.The weather could have cooperated a bit more but we had a great time.

Overall, the house was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped. However, during our stay the pool area was usually in the shade, making it hard to tan and enjoy the outside.

During our stay at this short-term rental, we faced three major issues:Heated Pool Misrepresentation: The listing emphasized a heated pool, which influenced our decision to book. However, when we arrived on Thursday, the pool was not heated. It wasn’t operational until Saturday evening, and even then, the water was cooler than the outside temperature, failing to meet expectations.Lack of Basic Supplies: Guests are required to bring their own essentials like soap and toilet paper. The host provides minimal supplies regardless of the length of the stay, leaving guests to purchase more after initial use. This policy, claimed to be standard in the area, was a first for me in 15 years of staying in rentals. Clear disclosure in the listing would have allowed us to prepare accordingly.Foul Odor in the Laundry Room: The laundry room smelled like decay, making it unpleasant to use. While detergent was available, there was no fabric softener, and the towels retained a hint of the odor throughout our stay.Would I return? No. The owner or property manager seemed to cut corners, impacting our experience. A little extra effort in providing guest supplies and ensuring the pool was heated and ready for us could have made a big difference.
