Host was welcoming. Excellent communication. House is a little tired. Sliding door to the deck is about to fall off. There is a light outside on the deck that looks like it could fall on your head. Sticky substance on the hot tub cover. Inside was fine. Master bed was way too soft to sleep on. We slept in the smaller room.

The home is located in the beautiful Hollywood Hills and the view from the back deck didn’t disappoint. The home itself has a great layout and contemporary vibe, was well-appointed and well-stocked. The outdoor furniture is adequate while not super comfortable and there is no grill even though the property is advertised as having one. The hot tub is a nice touch though did not get very hot. Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend the property for a small family who wants to be close to everything while tucked away in a quiet, scenic oasis.
