Beautiful spacious one level residence. Spacious deck and great view of the creek Lots of nature sounds through the day and night. Highly recommend!!!

The property itself is good. It’s clean. The beds are comfortable, the deck is nice (though the railing is loose in a few places). The kitchen had almost everything we need. The proximity to the river is great. The owner let us check in about 40 minutes early. This could have been a wonderful stay, but there was entirely too much communication with the property owner “reminding” us of rules “just in case” we planned to break them (or inventing new rules mid-stay). We are always excellent guests and treat other people’s property respectfully and follow house rules. We accessed the river from a few different locations on their property (apparently not allowed, only one spot is allowed although there was nothing indicating this), we grilled on the deck (only permitted in the yard, again nothing indicating this), another family cooked and ate dinner with us one evening before returning to their rental (were told we need to notify them if we have anyone over, again this was not indicated anywhere). While a little stifling, none of these “rules” were a bid deal, if we’d known about them. However, these “rules” weren’t stated anywhere. They need to update their rules so the expectations are clear before booking. We felt like we were constantly being watched and scrutinized during our stay. It made for a less than relaxing environment.
