Canyon Cove at Coral Ridge Resort

​​​​​​Welcome to Canyon Cove at Coral Ridge. We are sure you will love it! It is a luxurious getaway, a home away from home. It is great for families or small groups with a beautiful open floor plan and granite countertops throughout. Enjoy the local attractions such as downtown St. George, The Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Coral Canyon Golf Course, Sand Hollow State Park, and Zions National Park. Then come back and relax in the swimming pools and hot tubs. They are open and heated year-round. Enjoy dinner in town or cook a meal together and relax by watching movies or playing games.

The townhome easily sleeps 12 people. There are 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft, and a spacious open great room which includes the kitchen, dining, and family room. There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas, two in the loft and one downstairs. The entryway is very welcoming. There is a front-loading Samsung washer and dryer. Enjoy the back patio which includes patio furniture and a gas grill. The one-car garage provides either a parking space or storage for bikes and other gear you might have.

Clean, spacious unit we felt very comfortable in. This includes great furniture, especially the beds. Very nice patio. Pool was a good temperature to exercise in.

We enjoyed our stay here, there were a couple of mechanical issues that I have reached out to the property managers to take care of, the property managers have been so kind and helpful

Positives first. The place was clean and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Negatives...first there were no sheets for the pull out beds. They advertise sleeping for 10 and there are with the pull outs but no sheets, only blankets. Second, I reached out to the host prior to booking to make sure there was a place to park my boat and I was told there was 1 place I could park it. When I got there in the evening of the first night there were signs every where saying no trailer or boat parking and this included in the area where I was told I could park. Fortunately this place had a long enough driveway that I could park my boat in the driveway, but if it was any other place in this neighborhood that wouldn't have worked. Then I called the after hours number and texted the property manager about this situation and nobody ever responded to me. I even reached out the next day during business hours and there was no response. Fortunately I didn't get ticketed, but I was really frustrated with the inaccurate info and the lack of communication from the property management company. I will not stay in this area again.
