Whether you are looking for an all-year summer vacation home or a place to relax while you explore the nearby Florida keys or the best Miami has to offer without having to compromise your peace and quiet time with family and friends, this is a great home to chill and enjoy the privacy of the house and gorgeous and spacious patio with bbq grill lots of games and a refreshing pool!
The property has a total of 4 bedrooms all with organized closet shelves, 2 full size bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom.
2 bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed, 2 night stands with touch control lamps w/usb ports and a 43” smart tv in each.
2 other bedrooms are equipped with a full size bed and a twin size bed with single night stand & touch control lamp w/usb ports each.
Bedrooms sleeps 10-12 guests in total.
Living room is equipped with a sofa & love seat with seating for about 5-6 guests.
Family room has a sectional sofa bed with seating for about 4-5 guests & sleeps up to 2 guests.
Dining room large table will accommodate seating for 6 guest.
Kitchen counter will accommodate seating for 4 guests on wooden bar stools.
Rear screen/covered porche with seating for 8 guests, domino table set with 4 chairs, ping pong table set and magnetic dart game set.
Spacious back yard with volleyball set with professional net and loose football to throw around.

I don't think there is enough space here to write all of the positives about this property. When we arrived, the outdoor lighting was a little glitchy. I messaged Alain and he was there immediately to help fix and we got to chat with him for a bit. He was the friendliest host and made us feel at home and shared local places to try.The house was very clean and spacious and worked out perfectly for our family. The yard was HUGE! We were completely obsessed with the pool. The outdoor area was far beyond our expectation. Pool was so relaxing, spacious and the perfect temperature. There were pool toys for the kids to play with and on rainy day, we got to enjoy the patio area for games. There were books there for the kiddos and board games. The closet space was excellent. The place was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of plates , cooking utensils, TONS OF SEASONINGS, and the appliances were very clean.Location was close to many shops for whatever you needed. We were close to an outlet mall, Walmart, Target was not so far. We recommend taking a 15 minute drive to visit Robert Is Here fruit stand for awesome smoothies and fresh fruits. There are animals and food trucks in the back. We would definitely stay here again hands down.

Amazing home in close distance to Everglades, Biscayne, Upper Keys, and Miami. The pool is relaxing and the kitchen is well established and nice. Had a great time !

Alain was great with communication and was very helpful when we had an unexpected change of plans. The house is on a quiet street and an easy drive to Biscayne and Everglades. We also drove to went to dry Tortuga from this house, but that is definitely a long day. The house itself was great and the kids loved using the pool. We visited in late march and paid for the pool heater too which I would recommend. The grill worked great for us. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware. For cooking there was a large and wall crockpot and medium sized pots and pans. I am used to cooking with a large glass Pyrex and there was not one at the house. I definitely recommend the house and Alain!

We would stay here again. Although all bedrooms had TVs the game room and pool made for family entertainment. The home is located making drives to the National Parks easy. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The home’s Host was responsive to questions prior to stay.
