Let me just say, if you are considering this property for your vacation, book it right away. Even if you are still comparing with other locations, this is where you want to stay.This trip was our first time using VRBO, it was always a hotel room or a Time Share and neither one of those comes close to here. Of course, we all know what a hotel/resort room offers, if you are lucky and can afford it, you might get one separate bedroom, a big room with one or 2 beds, and a bathroom, not comfortable at all when traveling with 3 adults and a 12-year-old. If you stay at Disney, you will be lucky to get the separate bedroom for double the price and have the length of time staying there.From the time we booked here, Kim the host was contacting us to find out our plans for our vacation so she could add extra surprises to make our stay even better, and somehow, she did. The home is beautiful with 4 bedrooms, two master's and two set up for children, or children at heart, everything listed in the description was exactly as promised and then some. Last but not least, you open the patio door and waiting for you is the swimming pool and hot tub.The final thing, and most days the most important thing. When you leave in the morning, you will take a left turn, a right turn, one more left turn and with-in 10 minutes you will be right in the middle of the Disney Magic, and at the end of your fun filled busy day, 3 turns of the car and you are in a quiet safe neighborhood, safe and sound.

The host was wonderful and communicated well before, during and after our trip. The house is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sitting out on the lanai enjoying the beautiful weather and sunshine. We will definitely rent here again when we are in the area.
