This cabin was perfect for housing and entertaining a large group. We appreciated the king size beds, game room and hot tub. Location to dollywood could not be better. Its a left then right to dollywood gate in less than a minute. Especially good if you were planning to drop people off or got back home for naptime for littles. Not exactly walking distance unless you dont mind going through all of the lots. It had the basics for cookwear and enough towels for our group of 8. Only issue is it was obvious people hadnt stayed in the cabin for a bit and it needed an extra clean prior to our arrivial. Particularly tons of spiderwebs inside and out/rings in toilets. With better maintenance this place will be stand out!

Let me start by saying the location is amazing especially if you’re going to Dollywood. The few things I had issues with were there were a lot of black spiders in the downstairs bedroom; I didn’t see on the listing that the cabin was on a well and the well was slow to fill especially given the number of bedrooms and baths; the internet was not very good and kept going in and out; there were no pots or pans and we didn’t realize this until we started to cook. Overall, I would probably stay here again in the future just because of distance to Dollywood.

Property was as listed. It was accommodating for our family. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the sheets on all the beds were too small. They came loose every time one would turn over or move in the bed. Made for restless nights. I requested some sheets, vrbo said they would bring some, but never did. There are no lamps in the house, not sure the reason. Otherwise it was good.
