This newly built property is just 5 miles from Historic Deadwood and nestled on a secluded forested hillside with incredible panoramic views. Located in the heart of the northern Black Hills recreational corridor, you'll enjoy the proximity to the local ATV/Snowmobile trail systems, local restaurants and casinos, grocery stores, and even Spearfish Canyon with it's amazing hiking, waterfalls, and trout fishing. You'll also be just an hour drive from large attractions like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, Black Elk Peak, and Devils Tower! Whether you're planning a Black Hills visit to enjoy some local ATV trail riding, skiing at Terry Peak, gambling and concert events in Deadwood, or just a relaxing peaceful weekend enjoying lounging on the patio, MK Hideaway is that place that will make you feel right at home.
The spacious 1500+ sq. ft. property has been designed and built with your vacation enjoyment in mind. With its open living/dining/kitchen area perfect for entertaining and cooking great meals with your family and friends, or the fireplace with flat-screen TV, you'll have something for everyone. The well stocked kitchen also has a coffee maker, ice and water in fridge, griddle, crock pot and more! The kitchen area also leads out to the walk-out patio where there's some great patio furniture, gas grill, and hot tub! The main living area has a fireplace, and flat-screen TV with a sectional sofa. There's 2 bedrooms on the main level, and 2 more on the upper level. As you go upstairs, there's a large loft with another seating area and TV. The property has Starlink internet to stay connected as well!

Note - The location of the property does not have good cell phone coverage, but does have a good internet connection, so plan accordingly. It's also required to have 4WD/AWD Vehicles to access the property in the winter months. The last section of the road leading up to the property is steep and gravel, so care should be taken when traveling in the summer months to the property with a trailer as well. Longer trailers may be difficult to get up the steep road to the property or reconsidered. It's highly recommended to have tire chains when visiting in the winter months.

Great place to get away and reconnect with my wife, and also a great place to get quiet before the Lord and to focus on spiritual things, I highly recommend this place as a retreat.

Most disappointing thing is that in the listing it does not say that you are 3 miles straight up a Gravel Road on A mountain and need a four-wheel-drive car.
The directions we were given for ladies from the city do not know what anThe directions we were given for ladies from the city do not know what a switchback is and they did not name the main street that you turn off of Understandably from dust from the road, the house would get dusty, but this house has not been properly dusted in weeks . Still had remnants food and things people had eaten in the past. This is a place that should be clean. Definitely the day before people arrive. Simply the outside needed sweeping off and cleaned. It was a simple thing while it was not listed in what they sent to me after I rented, no inexpensive bar of soap that you might take a Shower the first night there before going to the grocery store the next day since you’re not allowed to check in until after 4 o’clock.
