About this villa rental
3 stories brand new townhouse, sunny north facing.
- Opposite to Christchurch Town Hall and Casino.
- 3 mins walk to Te Pae Christchurch Convention center through Victoria square.
- 5 mins walk to CBD and the terrace.
- 15 mins walk to Hagley park and the hospital.
- King size beds X 2, full bathroom for both bedrooms.
- Super fast fiber wifi.
- Modern kitchen.
- Nespresso, plunge and instant coffees for your choice (yes we love coffeee!)
We have a free bike for you to explore the city.
Absolute city center.
There are lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.
One king size bedroom on the first floor with a full size bathroom, and one ensuit king size bedroom on the second floor. Both rooms and lounge get full afternoon sun.
Also a backyard with table and chairs for you to chill out.
All the house is yours, no shared premises.
I do not live in this house, but I`m a just a text/msg/email/phone call away. :-)
****About parking:
Unfortunately the townhouse does not come with a designated carpark.
- Pay by meter in front of the unit on Durham Street North (free overnight).
- 2 hours free parking at the casino Wilson carpark (2 mins walk to the house).
- Paid Wilsons carpark on Kilmore St next to our unit at $6/night.

This is a perfect location if you want to be close to the restaurants and shopping in the CBD. Would recommend and hope to stay there again!

Awesome stay at a very clean and comfortable VRBO! The communication with the owner was excellent and she made sure we had an enjoyable stay and also made sure we didn’t need anything while we were there. Very good location and easy walk to many things and eateries. I will definitely come back if I get a chance.

Couldn’t fault property. Great location; stayed for a conference - easy walk to conference centre across park. Dining, cafes, shops all walking distance. It had all amenities you could want and was very clean. Great communication too
