Luxurious and newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3,000 sq ft contemporary Mediterranean house is spacious with an open floor and great indoor-outdoor flow. Enter at the front gate to a lush zen garden leading to the front door. The family rooms flow into a chef’s designer in kitchen that overlooks the pool. The new saltwater pool (2021) is heated, always perfect under the California sun, or stars. The backyard features both a covered and open dining and sitting area, loungers for sun and relation, and floats for fun in the water. This property is conveniently located in a trendy NOHO neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. Close to the metro station, you are 10 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes from Hollywood, and all the major LA attractions including the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, the Walk of Fame, and local museums. While centrally located, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly with ample street parking.

We stayed here with our adult children over a weekend. The pool/hot tub was excellent and we made so many memories. I loved the kitchen and big refrigerator because I decided to cook for everyone rather than eating out. There was more than enough space to hang out and the neighborhood was quiet. Absolutely pleased with the experience and would book this place again.

Well manicured landscape, spacious interior, and fun saltwater pool. KJ (listed owner) was quick with responses and easy to communicate with. Very clean. Nice size kitchen. Had a small issue w ants in one bathroom but it was resolved quickly. I was sick while there and the owner dropped off cookies and home grown tomatoes. It was very kind. Would absolutly stay there again!
