Right in the Medina. No nearby parking and no elevator, but a wonderful, historic old home. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Great a/c and hot water. Both Linda (daytime) and Royhan (nightime) spoke excellent English and were very, very helpful. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is ideally located within the medina, with the beach just a short walk away, making it a great base for exploring the area. We received a very warm welcome on arrival, including a lovely welcome drink. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the colourful courtyard, which was a real highlight. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with a lovely selection of dishes and something different to enjoy each day. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. During our stay, there was an issue with the water pressure in the evenings due to the local water shortage and the very hot weather. The staff were friendly and did their best to look into the problem and resolve it. Although the issue couldn't be fully resolved, we simply adapted by showering earlier in the day when the water pressure was better. Given the circumstances and the water shortage, we completely understood that this was difficult to control. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and their friendly attitude made us feel very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Location in the medina was good

The property was not very clean and there was a bad smell of drains in one of the rooms. The coffee at breakfast was not good.
