de locatie is heel goed in een rustig straatje aan het water weinig verkeer in een heerlijk koel huis een heel fijn verblijf gehad met heel fijne lieve buren die alles voor ons over hadden heel bezorgd ook omdat we al aardig op leeftijd zijn

tolle Unterkunft um die Region um Edam zu besichtigen. Sehr schön gelegen und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Liegt direkt an einem kleinen Kanal. Tolle Gastgeber, die uns sogar mit Brot und Croissants beglückt haben.
bei sehr hohen Temperaturen könnte es etwas warm werden. Unbedingt einen Mückenstecker oder Spray mitnehmen.

The location is very central and you can walk everywhere. Public transportation to Amsterdam is only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of little stores and restaurants within walking distance. House is located on the edge of a canal so the surroundings are beautiful. Lovely garden between the unit and the owners house provided privacy. Kitchen is well appointed and the beds were comfortable.
There was no door to the shower room so no privacy when taking a shower. No place to hang coats downstairs or hang clothes in the open concept bedroom upstairs. Being an older Dutch house the stairs are extremely steep which made it difficult to carry our suitcases up when we arrived and difficult to carry them back down when we left.
