The bed was comfortable, the room was clean (and cleaned regularly), the aircon worked well, the staff were friendly, the location is quiet & safe.
The little table/stand in the bathroom was missing a leg and it collapsed. But this was replaced the 2nd day. The dstv stream had initially all channels but by the 3rd night these channels were reduced to only the basic 4. A motion sensor light kept going on & off all night. The shower only ran cold water on the morning of the 3rd day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, we had a safe, even parking
The place is in a nice, quiet, safe suburb and very close to shops and beaches

The location is good.The place is clean . Good to have tea and rusk, we appreciate. The place is beautiful.
We get attended late when we arrived while we already booked on the 7th of May. We even thought it a scam. What is worrying alot is that we screamed for help so loud but we get attended late. The WiFi did not work, and no one showed us how it works.also the TV did not work. We couldn't get in touch with assistant when calling, the number does not work.
