Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, todos sem exceção muito gentis e prestativos.
Banheiro precisa de reforma, tudo muito antigo então as janelas e box do banheiro joga água para fora... no inverno como agora fica muito mais frio pois a água vaza.

O AR CONDICIONADO ERA MUITO BARULHENTO, NÃO OFERECIAM XAMPU NA ESTADIA, O SABONETE ERA DE BAIXA QUALIDADE E OS CANAIS A CABO ERAM QUASE TODOS RELIGIOSOS E QUANDO CHEGAMOS AS XÍCARAS QUE ESTAVAM NO QUARTO ESTAVAM SUJAS. COMO SUJESTÃO EU DIRIA QUE PODERIAM DEIXAR COPOS NO QUARTO PARA TOMAR ÁGUA ETC

A cama era boa.
Secador não funcionava, muito barulho nos corredores e escada, chuveiro elétrico a desejar, ambiente frio sem ar quente, piso de cerâmica, sem água cortesia no frigobar.
