Ein schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Große, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Einfacher Zugang über Pincode. Altstadt, Supermarkt und Parkhaus fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Lage ist grenzwertig. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen. Die Straßen sind so eng, dass selbst der Taxifahrer nicht dort hochgefahren ist. Der Weg von der Altstadt oder vom Parkhaus ist steil und beschwerlich.
Je nach Belegung der darüber liegenden Wohnung ist es nicht für empfindliche Ohren.
Das Bett war uns persönlich zu hart (wir sind US Boxspring-Betten gewohnt) und es war befremdlich, dass die en suite Toilette keine Tür hatte. Der Durchgang zum Wohnzimmer ist nur ca. 1,80m hoch. Hier ist Vorsicht für große Menschen geboten.

We had a great week staying in this apartment. The location is excellent, just a short 5–10 minute walk down to the Old Town. The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking, laundry, and making coffee, and we really liked the large kitchen/dining space and the spacious lounge area.
We had a car during our stay and managed to find free parking along C. Bernardino Correa Viera (just up from Mercadona) or on C. Álamo, which was only about a 5-minute walk up some steps to the apartment.
This would be fine for most people and wasnt really an issue for us but worth noting; The walk up to the apartment is along quite a steep cobbled road, which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Recently refurbished property, tastefully decorated, and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Decent shower. Good location, around a 10 minute walk from main restaurant area and 15 minutes from bus station. Quiet location
It would have been nice to have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom. It's quite a steep walk up to the apartment for around 100 yards. It was okay for us, but if you're unfit or have any mobility issues you should be aware.
