Es war sehr schön, sehr gerne wieder!
Die reichliche und geschmackvolle Ausstattung und Ausrüstung der Wohnung, der große naturnahe Garten mit allerlei Wild, die Insel an sich, der nahe Strand, die kulinarischen Verlockungen der Cafes und Restaurants und natürlich die Seeluft.
Die Heizungsanlage der Wohnung muss dringend überholt werden, extrem laute Geräusche in den Leitungen. Die Aussenbeleuchtung funktionierte überhaupt nicht (Vorgarten) oder nur teilweise (Terrasse). Der Rasen war durch ein schweres Fahrzeug teilweise massiv verunstaltet. Alle Fensterverriegelungen sind sehr schwergängig (wenig benutzt), müssen gangbar gemacht werden.
