Wonderful, but rainy Ubud left us without much use of the garden. That said, nice stay

Very nice villa, cozy and great atmosphere. Great bed and pillows, and wonderful gesture with fresh fruit upon arrival.

We were very unlucky with the weather, which meant it was raining most days. The villa was very humid and left a bit of a strange smell sometimes. Remember to bring own equipment to wash dishes, as there was nothing. Also, if you arrive late in the evening, it’s super dark to enter the villa, which with all the water pouring down made it a bit dangerous to enter and exit the property. Can be fixed with a few solar light bulbs.

A little slice of heaven amongst village life

I loved the aesthetic of this house, the interior furnishing is amazing with such attention to detail. The bed is super comfortable and the little touches like flowers and fruit on arrival made me feel very welcome. This location is in a little village but you’re also several minutes walk away from the best cafe with amazing coffee. The staff were amazing also, very responsive and personable.

Superb

This property was a highlight of our summer trip to Indonesia. Perfect location, you can find dining options within walking distance. Ubud center is just 15 minutes away. The villa is neat and clean. It has all we need e.g amenities, kitchen utensils, cozy sofa and bed. The interior was tastefully decorated. It gives you warm, relaxed feelings. If you need to work, the wifi is reliable. What we liked the most is the neighborhood. It feels like staying in the middle of a local neighborhood where people are welcoming and always smiling. Pak Ketut and his team were always responsive to our requests.

Location is not amazing, but Ubud is only a short scooter or taxi ride away so that wasn't an issue for us. The neighbour's dogs can be a bit loud though.

Perfect stay at Kubu Manis Villa

We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and everything was perfect. The Villa is beautifully finished with modern touches that makes it feel like staying in a luxury hotel, but with more space, home comforts and privacy. The bed is the most comfortable we’ve had in Bali! The sheets/linen/towels are top quality, lovely natural products are used for curtains, mosquito nets and artwork, and the kitchen is kitted out with good quality equipment - everything you need for basic cooking or food prep at home. Aircon super efficient and cools the place down in minutes, although we also enjoyed opening up the doors and windows with just the fans on for cooling and airflow. Ketut and his team were fantastic - everything needed is just a text away, and they are quick and responsive but only there when needed so privacy is maintained. While Sayan is a little out of Ubud centre, we loved the location - just a short stroll to the main street for loads of food options, and the local night market was a quick scooter ride away and great fun for choosing delicious and cheap meals for dinner.

Can’t be helped, and we actually enjoyed the village vibe, but it could be noisy at night time - adds to the local feel of the place!

I loved stay here! It's a little paradise on the country side. The facilities had everything you need to make me feel comfortable and the decoration is on point! The owner and the staff were very nice and they would respond immediately if I needed something.

An out-of-town oasis.

An absolute oasis! The pool was incredible, the villa is modern and clean, and the smart TV is smart. I was looking for a place to disconnect and unwind and this villa provided just that. It is in a remote area of Ubud, so you'll need a scooter (or enjoy walking), but if you're looking for a place to get away from everything - this is it. Great experience and would stay again!!!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa in einem Wohnquartier

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und kochen geht problemlos. Es gibt sogar heisses Wasser zum abwaschen. Das Internet war zuverlässig und den Smart TV mit Netflix haben wir ebenfalls geschätzt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und die Dusche hat sowohl genug Wasserdruck als auch heisses Wasser. Der Pool ist gross und etwa 1.50m tief. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und immer pünktlich.

Das einzige das man bemängeln könnte, wären lediglich die Moskitos und die Ameisen. Was jedoch bei dem schönen grünen Garten schnell verziehen ist. Es gibt ein Motorradmachaniker im Quartier und es sind immer wieder laute Motorengeräusche zu hören. Aber das sind alles keine wirklich negativen Punkte.

Tout était super ! Parfait pour deux personnes. Très propre, très confortable, très bien décoré, la piscine et le jardin sont superbes ! La team est disponible et à l’écoute.

Les chiens qui aboient la nuit, prévoir des boules quies.
