Beautiful lodge not far from Solitaire, past the Spreetshoogte Pass. Very clean, lovely staff, great food.
It was very cold at night in the room. A small portable heater would’ve been amazing.

The location is beautiful and the facilities were well maintained.
I was upset with the way they managed our booking. We booked one chalet (1 room) and one room but the room was too far and we have 3 young children, so we decided to stayed in the chalet and the children slept in the couch. The next day we requested stretches but they told us that they are not available. Then we ask for the chalet with 2 rooms and they offer us the change.
We were overcharged and they refuse to credit us and they explain that this is due to the commission they need to pay to booking.
They haven’t inform us about this when we accepted the change and I feel that we have been abused.
