הבית הזה מהמם! שני מפלסים שבראשון יש- אזור משותף- מטבח סלון מרפסת, חדרון כביסה ושירותים, מבואה יפה ומרווחת לכניסה לנעליים ולהתארגנות. והתחתון - סלון מרווח, אזור משחקים לילדים, שלושה חדרי שינה ושלוש מקלחות שבאחת אמבטיה. יש במרפסת מנגל וג'קוזי משגע וגולת הכותרת - הנוף. כשבחרתי את הבית הייתי בטוחה שאלו תיקוני ai בתמונות שמופיעות. אבל לא- זה אפילו נראה יותר טוב במציאות. העיצוב של הבית מבפנים ומבחוץ מרשים מאוד, ניכר שהשקיעו בכל פרט וזה הופך את החוויה ליוקרתית. הגישה אל הבית מהכביש של רשנוב אל כביש צדדי שחלקו האחרון כביש עפר בעליה חדה. לנו זה התאים כי רצינו להתרחק מעט וללון בטבע אבל בפינוק מקסימלי.. מרחק הסופרמרקטים: מגה - 6 דקות . לידל - 8 דקות. התקשורת עם הבעלים הייתה נוחה מאוד, ענה מהר ובאדיבות לכל בקשותי והראשונה הייתה להוריד לילה מההזמנה כי עשיתי טעות. ממש לא מובן מאליו... אפילו כשלאחד הילדים נשבר חפץ התגובה הייתה עניינית ונעימה וזה גרם לנו להרגיש בנוח. וללא ספק נחזור אל הבית היפהפה הזה בפעם הבאה ברומניה. איילת

We booked this chalet because of its exceptionally high Booking.com rating and the many reviews praising its cleanliness. Unfortunately, our experience was very different. To be fair, the owner was very kind and allowed us to check in before the standard check-in time, which we appreciated. However, the chalet was far below the standard we expected. We were asked to remove our shoes at the entrance, but after only a few minutes our white socks were completely black. The floors were visibly dirty, with dead insects around the living room windows, dust on the furniture, dirty kitchen cupboards, an unpleasant smell throughout the house, and worn sofas. The chalet was also unbearably hot (around 30°C on arrival). We spent over 10 minutes looking for the A/C remote and eventually had to text the owner, who suggested it might be on the washing machine. Finding the washing machine took another 10 minutes because it was hidden in a closed utility room off the kitchen, with no indication it was there. There is only one A/C unit in the large open-plan living area, which is insufficient for the whole house. The bedrooms have no A/C, the windows only open partially, and the wardrobes have a strong smell that transfers to your clothes. The kitchen lacked many basic items, making cooking difficult. Nothing was labelled, so finding anything was frustrating. The barbecue was extremely dirty, and quite a lot of plastic plates. The worst part came on our second evening when we saw a mouse come from the staircase leading to the bedrooms and run straight into the kitchen. A rodent inside the property, especially in the kitchen, is a serious health hazard and completely changed how we felt about staying there. From that moment on, we no longer felt comfortable in the cabin. The location is peaceful and the views are beautiful, but they cannot make up for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. In our opinion, the Booking.com rating does not reflect the experience we had.
