Not enough outlets and no hook in the bathroom. In addition, the elevator keypad sensor doesn't work properly. Stuck a few times during 2 days stay.

The location is convenient and in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean. A water filter would be a great addition.

It's a bit dark inside the building because the hallways and elevators aren't lit.

Location, amenities

They never called to clean the apartment. For a serviced apartment, they should at least clean once every three days, at a minimum.

The property is in a great location.

The apartment needing more kitchen utensils we only had two bowls. There were also no hand towels provided in the bathrooms. We had issues with the hot water during our stay which was fixed whisky we were there however we checked out early as there was cockroaches in the property. Being in a warm country this is somewhat to be expected and was not down to the cleanliness of the apartment as this was good ! The lack of second key was a little annoying in relation to getting around security if not leaving and returning as a group.
