Villa Bella Vista 2

The apartment is beautiful, new construction, modern, nicely furnished and has big spaces. It has 3 stories, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a toilet and large terrace. On the second level there is another kitchen with a nice living room, a toilet and a large terrace with nice seaview. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms next to each other each with their own bathroom. They are also connected with a terrace with nice sea view. On the third level there is also a sundeck with the jacuzzi. The whole apartment was really nice and clean. The hosts were helpful and nice.

We had problem with the cooling of the apartment. New technology with ceiling cooling was set to 24 degrees everywhere in the apartment (could not be set for less). In the bedrooms (on the top floor) it was very hot for sleeping. The air was also humid, and this with the 24 degrees made sleeping very uncomfortable for us. We complained and we got a fan. I would not reccommend to someone who is used to sleeping in lower temperature. Also the walls are not really noise proof, we could hear the neighbours. If you want to go on foot to the beach (10 min walk) the first part has to be done on a road that has no pedestrian part and quite busy.

Suzana war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer.
