    Enjoyed for long stay for group of people we availaed the room for 10 beds and it has two toilets so it is really comfortable

    Our stay was cut short because I no longer felt safe at the hotel. While I was using the hair dryer provided in our room, it caught fire in my hand. I immediately unplugged it and dropped it into the bathroom sink. Fortunately, I reacted quickly. My hair could have caught fire, and the incident could have resulted in serious injury. Had I dropped it on the nearby bed instead, the situation could have been much worse. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk because of the strong burning smell and showed the staff what remained of the hair dryer. The only response was to offer me another hair dryer, which I declined because I no longer felt safe using any of the hotel's equipment. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern afterward. No one checked on my condition, asked what had happened, apologized, or reassured us that the situation would be addressed. No one even came to clean the mess that the fire caused. It was as though nothing had happened. Because I no longer felt safe staying at the property, we checked out early and stayed another hotel.
