    The owners are very friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms are clean and have a lot of storage, and the balcony on 2nd floor is nice and roomy and has a nice view of the mountains. We enjoyed the swimming pool every day.

    Beautiful views from the pool and very peaceful, staff were very helpful and booked excursions for us, decent breakfast and free bicycles to cycle the 10 minutes to the town centre. Only downsides were that our room was only cleaned once in the 4 nights we stayed even though we indicated we would like it cleaning and we were only provided with drinking water once. Overall it was a great hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here if can't vieng

    What place is absolutely beautiful to look at when you first come in and the layout and everything truly is Resort style. The only downsides are that it is kind of located a bit far from the city, so after 10 minute walk you're to the edge of the city but to get into the heart you definitely want to take.a Tuk Tuk. The breakfast isn't much to write about, some fruits on the table and toast with sometimes milk and help yourself to coffee or tea. They also give you an option to have an egg either scrambled sunny side up or as an omelette with tomato ham and onions, which is quite nice! All of the helper staff, AKA: the ladies, are extremely friendly and always seem to be working. The person who, I believe is the manager, who is also at the front desk is to a degree helpful; but just looks worn out and seems to giving up on his great establishment. That is kind of a shame because when you walk in it gives you a feeling like you're not in a good place, but it really is a good place! So, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the edge of the city where you can find an excellent restaurant, the name just text me and I can try to remember it, or taken a bit of a took ride into town every time, then this place really is an excellent value for your money! If the location was a bit different, and if it was just a little more effort into things to make it feel like a resort (nice music playing / maybe activities / a restaurant on site) then they could easily charge five times more than what they do for this place. I read that there used to be a problem with ants and the pool not being finished; but I can assure you, now that the pool is finished, it looks beautiful, and although we did see a couple of ants, particularly at the breakfast table because they were trying to get to the gym, it really isn't a problem in my eyes at all anymore Hopefully, they will follow the advice I gave them about pouring water into the dish that they use to serve the gym, because since it's outside you will definitely get ants crawling to the gym, no matter which hotel you are at. Changes and this place will be absolutely awesome, but still an excellent value for your money to stay in a really fantastic looking place. Sorry for the long review. I dictated this, so hopefully there aren't too many weird autocorrect words that have been thrown in there.
