Personally I have stayed at better places for the same price. However, what makes the difference is it's proximity to landmark locations in Thirupathi. You save a fair bit when you stay at such a location since commute costs at Thirupathi are not cheap. The Food at Bhimas Deluxe was definitely very good and also good value for money. So while it may appear a bit on the higher side I would say when you add it all up it turns out to be cheaper. Would definitely recommend

the location is fantastic, offering easy access to shopping and transport, while the housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and comfortable. the facilities enhance the overall experience. staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. the only downside was the unreliable wi-fi which could use improvement and found few bugs/roaches in the restaurant and in the room.

Positives: Staff was friendly, location was excellent, and the AC was good.breakdast was decent
But for a price of 3400+, it’s not fully worth it. Basic amenities like a water bottle were not provided, there was no hot water kettle, no geyser, and there were no proper plug points to charge phones or work on a laptop. We had to remove the TV plug to charge our phone. If the owner is reading this, kindly arrange these as they are very basic needs.
