We stayed at this resort last year and had a fantastic experience — the place was clean, the staff was polite, and the facilities were top-notch. That memorable stay made us book it again without any second thoughts. But this time, it turned out to be an absolute disaster. From the moment we checked in, things started going wrong. The AC was barely working, and there was no wardrobe to keep our clothes and bags — just basic things you'd expect in any decent room. The mini fridge was totally dead, which spoiled our cold drinks and juices worth ₹500. We complained immediately, and the staff casually said a technician would come by 3 PM. He never showed up. No follow-up, no apologies — just total neglect. Then came the bees. Yes, bees inside the room! One of our family members even got stung. And to top it off, the electricity kept fluctuating every 10–15 minutes and went out completely twice for long periods that too at night. It felt like we were staying in a lodge, not a resort. And the most frustrating part? The lack of basic essentials. We were four people, yet only two dental kits were provided. We had to keep chasing the staff for towels, napkins, extra bedding — even these basic things were not arranged unless we asked twice or thrice. It was exhausting and completely unacceptable. Last year, everything was handled so smoothly. This time, it felt like we were being ignored on purpose. The resort grounds weren’t any better. The so-called garden was in poor shape, full of red ants. There was no pleasant area to sit or relax outdoors — everything looked neglected and mismanaged. Now let’s talk about the food. Honestly, the only good thing about this place was the taste of the food — it was excellent. But even that came with its own disappointment. The menu was extremely limited. The seasonal food items — the very reason we chose this resort — were never available. Not at breakfast, not at lunch, snacks, or dinner. And when we politely inquired about them, the staff spoke to us rudely, nothing like the kind and respectful service we received last year. It was honestly shocking. We came back here with happy memories and high hopes, only to leave frustrated and let down. This stay was a complete waste of money and patience. The hospitality has clearly gone downhill, and we are extremely disappointed.
